About the RolesTeaching Assistant / Behaviour SupportYou’ll help to:
Support behaviour and learning in the classroom
Provide 1:1 guidance to students who need extra support
Create a calm, positive learning environment
Build trust and meaningful relationships with young people
Cover SupervisorYou’ll: Deliver pre-planned lessons
? Keep students engaged and on task
Maintain behaviour standards (No teaching experience needed - confidence and communication are key!)
