About the roleWe’re looking for an organised and approachable Accounts Administrator to support our Bumblebee EV team at our Kilbirnie Street Head Office, in Glasgow.

Full time: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
About the role
As an Accounts Administrator within Bumblebee EV, you will report to our Accountant and be responsible for the daily processing of key accounts functions, such as cash, bank, purchase ledger and sales ledger.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a fantastic team player, with previous experience of working within an Accounts department.
Day-to-day duties
*Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring all supplier accounts are up to date
*Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolves any discrepancies
*Prepare weekly payment runs and reports
*Communication with our sales team and ensuring that the correct data is captured for the OZEV grant system
*Communication with external stakeholders
Essential skills
*Great communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
*Polite telephone manner
*A proactive and process-driven approach
*Good levels of numeracy and literacy
*Team player who works well meeting daily demands
*A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Nice to have (but not essential)
*Previous experience of working in an Accounts role
