Key Responsibilities *Establish and grow a Corporate Loan Agency offering across UK & EMEA.
*Originate and convert new opportunities through sponsors, lenders, and advisory networks. Own and manage a strong pipeline of profitable mandates.
*Develop senior-level relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities across broader service lines.
*Manage full financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
*Oversee onboarding of mandates, ensuring alignment across legal, operations, and technology teams.
*Work closely with international teams to support wider business growth initiatives and client engagements.
Skills
*Extensive experience building and scaling a Corporate Loan Agency or Loan Servicing business
*Strong understanding of corporate loan agency transactions, documentation, and operational frameworks
*Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
*Kowledge of fixed income / credit markets
