Senior Contracts Manager required for a client in Poole. This is a key leadership role supporting the delivery of property services across social housing contracts, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with operational teams and stakeholders, playing an important role in driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple programmes.

Responsibilities
*Supporting the delivery of multiple social housing maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment contracts.
*Overseeing operational performance to ensure KPIs, service standards, and contractual requirements are met.
*Leading and supporting Contract Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.
*Monitoring contract performance and driving improvements in productivity and service delivery.
*Supporting budget management, cost control, and commercial performance across contracts.
*Ensuring compliance with health & safety, legislation, and industry standards.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including housing associations and local authorities.
*Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.

Requirements
*Proven experience in a Senior Contracts Manager or similar role within social housing or property services.
*Strong background in managing maintenance, compliance, or refurbishment programmes.
*Experience leading and developing operational teams in a multi-site environment.
*Good understanding of KPIs, contract performance, and service delivery standards.
*Strong commercial awareness, including budget and cost management.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Relevant construction or property services qualification (or equivalent experience).
*Full UK driving licence (SMSTS/IOSH desirable).
