The Team Leader role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tasks in the Preparation Stage including:
*Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0)
*Leading and organise daily activities in the preparation area
*Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
*Support team members with training and development
*Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks
*Communicate effectively with production management and other departments
*Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiative
