Job Title: Corporate Tax Director
Location: Hampshire, Southampton - hybrid working module
Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 + benefits package!

The Role:
*Lead & Develop a complex corporate tax team alongside 13 experienced Tax Partners
*Build Strategic Relationships with OMB/SME and large corporate clients
*Navigate Complexity - manage intricate tax returns, HMRC investigations, and CCM matters
*Drive Growth - mentor junior talent, deliver technical training, and expand our client base
*Shape Strategy - collaborate with Audit/Accounts Directors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
The Individual:
*Significant large corporate tax compliance expertise
*CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA advantageous)
*Proven people management and client relationship skills
*Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving abilities
