About the RoleAs a Nursery Assistant working with Tradewind Recruitment, you will:
*Support babies and young children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
*Help deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
*Assist with personal care, feeding, and safeguarding
*Build strong, positive relationships with children and staff
*Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Work flexibly across a range of Birmingham nurseries
What We’re Looking For*A genuine passion for early years care

*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and a positive attitude
*Experience in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable
*Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
*DBS on update service (or willing to apply)
