We’re looking for self-employed Mentors in Coventry to deliver consistent, 1:1 support for young people aged 10–18 with additional needs.
What this role is aboutThis is a relationship-led role.
You’ll work 1:1 with a young person, becoming a consistent and positive influence in their week. Someone they trust, rely on and engage with.
Your role is to help them:
*Build confidence
*Develop routine
*Stay engaged
*Experience progress in a way that works for them
What you’ll be doing*Building strong, professional relationships with young people
*Supporting confidence, motivation and daily structure
*Encouraging engagement in sessions and activities
*Providing a calm and consistent presence
*Helping young people regulate and reset when needed
*Working with our team to track progress and outcomes

Requirements*Minimum 2+ years experience supporting young people
* (mentoring, youth work, education, SEN, coaching or similar)
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
*Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
