Job Description:
A well-established and growing manufacturer of high-quality and energy efficient PVCu doors and windows, supplying both residential and commercial markets is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join the team.

What you’ll be doing as Customer Care Coordinator:
You will be the first point of contact, ensuring all enquiries, issues, and after-sales support requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
*Organising of customer appointments
*Coordinate and schedule service visits, installations, and remedial works
*Liaise with internal departments including production, logistics, and installation teams
*Track and resolve issues from initial contact through to completion
*Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM software
*Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction at all times
*Provide updates on order progress, delays, or service appointments
*Processing of orders and general administration duties
What we’re looking for in a Customer Care Coordinator:
*Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
*Comfortable using IT systems and customer management software
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working hours
Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:30.
