*Preparing payment runs.
*Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into the financial systems.
*Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external use.
*Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
*Maintain organised records of all financial activities and transactions.
*Entering new suppliers and amendment forms onto the system
*Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required.
*Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines in all financial operation
*Review and update expenses through Concur
Profile
*Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
*Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
