*Salary: £15,000 + future commission potential
*Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re the UK’s leading automotive recruitment specialist, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Apprentice.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll earn while you learn, gain real experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be supported every step of the way while building a long-term career in recruitment.

What you’ll be doing
In the early stages, you’ll learn the foundations of recruitment by:
*Searching CV databases to find suitable candidates
*Writing job adverts to attract applicants
*Speaking with candidates and clients via phone and email
*Learning how the recruitment process works
As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, including:
*Matching candidates to job opportunities
*Building relationships with clients
*Supporting the recruitment process from application through to offer

*No previous experience required
