*Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation and execution.

*Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely actions are taken.
*Respond to internal and external queries related to contracts.
*Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and clients.

Profile
