Car Sales Executive

Salary: £24,000 basic - £55,000+ OTE (uncapped)

As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you’ll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.
Key responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:
*Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
*Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
*Organising and supervising test drives
*Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly
*Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system
*Following up on leads to build lasting relationships
Requirements for the Car Sales Executive role:
*Strong people skills and a professional approach
*Confident communicating both in person and over the phone
*Works well independently and as part of a close team
*IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
*Full UK driving licence
*Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
*Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
