  • £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
Job Description:
Are you a pro in the world of wide-format print? Do you take pride in producing "bulletproof" artwork that the production team can rely on every single time?

We are acting on behalf of a leading specialist in vehicle branding and architectural signage to find an experienced Artworker / Designer who genuinely knows their craft. This is a production-led role for someone who wants to come in, own their desk, and bring a high level of technical skill to a fast-paced studio.

With full-time or part-time options available, our client is looking for the right person to integrate into their growing team and help drive standards forward.

If you’re looking for a role where you can get stuck into varied projects and ensure every job that hits the printers is flawless, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
While there’s plenty of room for creative input and design tweaks, this role is all about technical art working. You’ll be the bridge between a design concept and a finished product.

*Creating print-ready files for high-spec vehicle wraps, fleet branding, and site signage.
*Managing the essential details of bleed, cut paths, panelling, and scaling with total accuracy.
*Helping to refine internal processes to keep the studio running like clockwork.
*Carrying out rigorous checks to ensure accuracy, colour matching, and consistency before production begins.
*Working closely with the installers and production team to ensure a seamless "end-to-end" service.

What we’re looking for:

*Proven experience as an Artworker / Designer within signage, vehicle graphics, or large-format print.
*Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
*Strong understanding of print production processes for signage and vehicle graphics.
*Confident with bleed, cut paths, scaling, panelling, and print specifications.
*Experience creating production-ready files and exporting correctly for print.
*Solid understanding of colour accuracy and consistency (colour matching / profiling awareness).
*Experience specifically within vehicle branding and fleet graphics (desirable)
*Ability to contribute creative ideas and visual improvements when required (desirable)
*Experience helping improve or streamline artwork workflows (desirable)

What’s in it for You?

*Overtime available
*Company pension
*On-site parking
*A senior, trusted role with autonomy and responsibility.
*Varied projects across signage, vehicle branding, and large-format print.
*A professional team environment that values accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
*Opportunity to shape processes and make a real impact on output and standards.
*Long-term stability within a growing, established business.

Due to the high volume of interest we receive for each vacancy, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates. If you have not heard from our team within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful. Please refrain from calling the office to check the status of your application or to discuss the role; this allows us to dedicate our time to the shortlisting process. We will retain your CV on file for future opportunities that may be a match for your skills and experience.
