We are recruiting for a leading branding and architectural graphics specialist that doesn’t just "stick stickers" they transform fleets and environments. They are looking for an ambitious Junior Installer who is tired of just "getting the job done" and wants to learn how to do it perfectly.

What You’ll Be Doing:


*Supporting the installation of high-quality vehicle graphics and large-scale fleet branding.
*Installing vinyl graphics, starting with supervised tasks and progressing to complex, independent projects.
*Assisting in fitting diverse signage, including panels, window films, and 3D built-up lettering.
*Preparing vehicles and various surfaces to ensure a professional, durable finish.
*Developing expertise in professional installation techniques and specialised material handling.


Who You Are:


*You’ve spent time in a signage or graphics environment. You know your way around a squeegee and a heat gun.
*You’re the one who notices when a graphic is 2mm off-centre and it bothers you.
*You want a career, not a shift. You’re ready to take feedback, learn new techniques, and take pride in your work.
*You hold a full UK Driving Licence and are ready to head out to sites when needed.
