Description
*Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
*Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records related to accounts payable activities.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
*Prepare regular reports on accounts payable performance and key metrics.
*Collaborate with other departments within accounting & finance to improve processes and workflows.
*Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
*Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:


*Solid knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
*Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a team effectively.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
*An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Job Offer
