An excellent opportunity has become available for a Chartered Town Planner to join an established multi-disciplinary consultancy in Kent. The successful Chartered Town Planner will be working within a friendly and professional team to deliver expert planning advice to their clients, including industry leading housebuilders, commercial and private commercial clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates who are Chartered Members of the RTPI, have demonstrable experience in the sector, preferably within a consultancy environment, and who have a proven track record of leading successful planning projects, preparing policy presentations and preparing proposals.
Within the role the successful Chartered Planner will be:
*Preparing planning, listed building consent and certificates of lawfulness applications
*Preparing planning policy appraisals
*Supporting the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of integrated planning design and access statements
*Assisting the preparation of written representation appeals
*Address various development management queries
*Preparing and submitting applications
