What You’ll Need:
*At least 3 years’ of experience in outwards reinsurance placement and operations, preferably within the Lloyd’s or London Market.
*Strong understanding of reinsurance’s influence on underwriting, profit, capital, and associated risks.
*Proficiency in managing reinsurance contracts, including interpretation and compliance.
*Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
*Technical expertise in Lloyd’s Market practices, XLPro, and MS Office, especially Excel.
*Professional qualification such as ACII or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have Skills:
*Previous experience with reinsurance planning, purchasing, oversight, or operational management.
*Familiarity with reinsurance systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:
