R13 Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, highly commercial e-commerce business to find a talented CRM professional to join their performance marketing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a dynamic growth function where you’ll take ownership of high-volume CRM campaigns, driving engagement through smart, data-led optimisation and continuous testing. If you love being hands-on with campaigns but also thrive on analysing performance and uncovering opportunities to improve, this role offers the perfect balance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping customer communications, delivering impactful campaigns, and contributing to ongoing growth through experimentation and insight.
Based just outside Norwich, with Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm working hours, with a competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
*Delivering high-volume weekly CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications.
*Managing BAU CRM activity end-to-end, including scheduling, setup, QA and deployment.
*Working extensively in Klaviyo, overseeing segmentation, data sets and campaign logic.
*Designing and executing A/B tests across subject lines, content, timing, creative and audience segments.
*Analysing campaign performance, tracking metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions and web traffic.
*Building, monitoring and optimising automated CRM flows based on customer behaviour.
*Continuously refine campaigns using insights around seasonality, timing, audience trends and external factors.
*Producing and interpreting detailed performance reports using CRM platforms, BI tools and Excel.
*Presenting insights clearly and confidently to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
*Collaborating closely with marketing, performance and creative teams to drive results.
You will have / be
*Previous experience in a CRM or email marketing specialist role.
*Hands-on experience using Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform.
*Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and behavioural targeting.
*Experience running and analysing A/B tests and performance campaigns.
*Highly data-driven, analytical and commercially minded.
*Confident interpreting performance data and explaining results clearly.
*Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Creative in approach, with the ability to suggest ideas and improvements.
