Overview
We are working with a number of leading Magic Circle and US law firms in London who are seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to support high-performing fee earners across a variety of practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, Finance and Real Estate.
These roles offer the opportunity to work within fast-paced, high-calibre environments, supporting senior stakeholders on complex, high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing full secretarial and PA support to partners and fee earners
*Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
*Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
*Handling client communications and acting as a key point of contact
*Supporting billing processes, time recording and expenses
*Assisting with file management and document control
*Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment
*Strong document production and formatting skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*High level of attention to detail and discretion
