About the RoleWe’re looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join a growing food manufacturing site that prepares meat-based products for major retailers. You’ll be working in an ambient-temperature production area, carrying out a mix of packing, line work, and general production duties. This role offers consistent daytime hours, long-term stability, and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key responsibilities*Work on a busy production line handling various food products
*Pack, sort and label items to required standards
*Carry out simple quality checks
*Assist with loading and unloading materials
*Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
*Keep your workstation clean and organised
*Perform light to moderate lifting during the shift

*Comfortable working on your feet and at a steady pace
*Good attention to detail
*Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
*Own transport is highly advantageous due to the rural location
