Job Description:
Oakley Hill is a specialist recruitment business supporting construction and related sectors across the Thames Valley and South East UK.
We’re looking for a part-time Lead Generator to support business development activity on a casual, flexible basis.
You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and identifying new business opportunities. This will include:
*Researching target companies
*Contacting decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn
*Introducing Oakley Hill’s services
*Generating and qualifying leads
*Booking meetings where appropriate
*Keeping accurate records of activity
What We’re Looking For:
*Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
*Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
*Organised and consistent with activity tracking
*Previous sales, telesales or lead generation experience preferred
What’s On Offer:
*Flexible, remote working (casual / zero hours)
*Work offered on an ad hoc basis, typically up to [X] hours per week
*£13.00-£14.00 per hour (paid for approved hours worked)
*Additional bonuses for:
*Hitting key activity / lead milestones
*Contributing to new business wins
*Initial engagement of up to 3 months - with potential to extend or join us permanently depending on results
This is a casual worker role with no guaranteed hours. Work is offered based on business needs and performance. Available hours of work will be decided on a week-to-week basis.
