CassonX are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for the International Bank that is a member of the Association of Foreign Banks. This company are looking to hire someone to work in their well established Loan Operations team. To be considered for the role CassonX are looking to identify someone coming from a banking background in the UK, who has experience of being hands on in a Loan Operations function. The ideal profile is of someone coming from a member of the Association of Foreign Banks and familiar with Bilateral and Syndicated loans, supporting credit administration duties with the likes of rollovers, rate fixings, draw downs, payments etc.
This role offers high level of exposure across many areas of Loan Administration and Loan Documentation. This is a hands on role where you will have responsibility and ownership over the function working closely with the team and senior staff to ensure high levels of work is delivered.
Responsibilities Include:
*Loan Administration for Bilateral and Syndicated Loans
*Loan Documentation for Bilateral and Syndicated Loans
*Independently manage the processing of all loan and trade transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, and interest/principal payments.
*Prepare invoices and billing notices, calculating fees when required.
*Coordinate with agent banks, lawyers, valuers, insurance agents, and other relevant parties.
*Input data into the customer information system (BWC) based on authorized input forms received from Wholesale Banking.
*Review submitted documents to ensure conditions precedent are met for drawdowns.
*Check and track covenant compliance.
*Monitor and track all required documentation from Wholesale Banking, including collateral valuations and insurance renewals.
*Monitor and report on excesses and past due items
