Compliance Co-ordinator
West Sussex | £33k - £38k DOE | Ambient Food Manufacturing
Are you driven by food safety, product quality, and top-tier compliance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision matters and teamwork is everything? I’m on the lookout for a Compliance Co-ordinator to join the Technical Team at a BRC AA+ accredited food manufacturing client of mine based in Central West Sussex.
Key responsibilities:
*Lead customer issue management and maintain accurate supplier/customer technical data, including specifications, accreditations, and approvals.
*Ensure full compliance with BRCGS standards by managing procedures, records, audits (EDS & internal), non-conformances, and corrective actions.
*Oversee traceability, Mass Balance, Mock Recall exercises, raw material and finished product specifications, and legally compliant product labelling.
*Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to uphold food safety and quality, while managing pest control and supporting factory trials.
*Produce monthly technical reporting, maintain accurate data records, attend required training, and deputise for the Technical Manager when needed.
