Job Description:
SEN Teacher - HounslowFull-time | Long-term | ASAP / September start
I’m currently working with a really supportive SEN school in Hounslow who are looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join their team.
The school supports students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD, so they’re looking for someone who is confident managing behaviour, building relationships and creating a positive learning environment.
The role will involve:*Teaching small classes with additional needs
*Planning and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles
*Supporting students with EHCPs
*Managing behaviour in a calm and consistent way
*Working closely with TAs and the wider school team
They’re looking for someone who:*Has QTS (or equivalent)
*Has experience working within SEN settings
*Is confident with behaviour management
*Is patient, resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting students
*Can build strong relationships with both students and staff
