This well-established business delivers innovative, conservation-led solutions, supporting clients through the planning process while protecting and enhancing biodiversity across a wide range of projects.
As a Senior Ecologist, you will oversee projects, manage surveys, and produce high-quality technical reports, including protected species licence applications. The Senior Ecologist will also contribute to business development through tender writing, client liaison, and project management, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring clear communication of ecological advice.

* Protected species experience desirable
