The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join our growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious matters while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, which may include:
*Commercial disputes
*Contract disputes
*Property litigation
*Debt recovery
*Civil litigation matters
*Conducting legal research and providing clear, practical advice to clients
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents
*Managing cases from instruction through to resolution, including trial where necessary
*Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
*Attending court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
*Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedural rules
About You
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum [NQ–2 years] PQE (flexible depending on role)
*Strong litigation experience with the ability to manage your own caseload
*Excellent drafting and analytical skills
*Confident communicator with strong client care skills
*Commercially aware with a practical approach to problem-solving
*Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
*A proactive and team-oriented mindset
