Part-Time Personal Assistant
Liverpool City Centre (Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility)
3 full days per week or 5 half days (flexible/negotiable)
£30,000-£35,000 FTE (pro rata, dependent on experience)
Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing and fast-paced business in Liverpool to recruit a Part-Time Personal Assistant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a senior business leader, offering real variety, autonomy, and the chance to become a trusted right-hand support. The role blends executive assistance with light personal administration, ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
*Executive Support
*Diary management and scheduling
*Managing and prioritising inbox and communications
*Preparing documents, reports, and meeting materials
*Administrative Support
*Audio typing and dictation (including pedal typing)
*Managing expenses
*Coordinating travel and accommodation
*Stakeholder Management
*Liaising with external professionals and service providers
*You may also occasionally support with light personal administration, adding further variety to the role.
*There may be times where a degree of flexibility is required outside of standard working hours; however, this is balanced by quieter periods and autonomy in your working day.
Working Pattern
*3 days per week or 5 half days (flexible and negotiable)
*Hybrid working available following initial period
*Occasional travel to a Cheshire-based office
*Occasional travel to other locations if required
About You
*Previous experience supporting senior leadership
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with strong written skills
*Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
*Able to work independently and use initiative
*Knowledge of the property sector would be beneficial, but not essential
