Forward Role are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business and play a key role in shaping both the operational and strategic people agenda.
What you’ll be doing
*Partnering with senior leaders on people strategy and organisational development
*Delivering hands-on HR support across ER, performance, engagement and talent
*Contribute to strategic HR projects linked to growth, culture and transformation
*Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making within the leadership team
*Coaching managers to build capability and drive high performance
*Supporting global people initiatives and change projects
*Using HR data to influence decisions and improve outcomes
What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in a Business Partner role
*Comfortable balancing strategic work with day-to-day HR delivery
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Experience in fast-paced, global or PE-backed environments (ideal, not essential)
