Overview
CTA are supporting a well-established, UK-based technology solutions provider that is continuing to grow its ERP consulting team. This opportunity is ideal for an ERP Manufacturing Consultant looking to further develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The role will focus on supporting and delivering ERP solutions to manufacturing clients, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, system optimisation, and client engagement. A structured training programme is provided, with a clear development pathway into Sage X3 consultancy.


Key Responsibilities
*Provide functional support for ERP systems within manufacturing environments
*Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement
*Assist with ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
*Deliver user training and create supporting documentation
*Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective, timely resolutions
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery


Required Experience
*Experience working with ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
*Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, MRP, and supply chain
*Ability to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems is advantageous
