Sales Administrator!
Wise Employment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing company based in Redruth!

This is a Full Time Permanent opportunity where you will be working 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday and be offered a salary of £26,500 - £28,000, along with some fantastic benefits such as:

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
*Receiving and processing sales orders via phone and online
*Verifying customer details, orders, and payment information
*Handling customer queries via phone and email
*Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
*Liaising with internal departments to relay customer feedback
To be successful you will need:
*Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
*Good IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
*High level of literacy and numeracy
*Experience with Axis Diplomat software (advantageous but not essential)
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
