Job Description:
Are you seeking a new Credit Control position in North Hampshire? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Controller to join a nationally recognised organisation in the Farnborough area.
Working within a busy credit team, the position will incorporate the following duties:
*Liaising with external customers and assisting with debt related enquiries
*Providing customer documentation to external agencies
*Undertaking credit and additional checks on customers
*Managing queries coming in via email
*Refer and escalate outstanding debt to third parties
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
*Experience of working in a credit control / collections / debt recovery/ finance environment (essential)
*Knowledge of legal debt procedures (desirable)
*Intermediate Excel skills
*Highly organised and excellent administration skills (essential)
*Ability to manage and prioritise workload (essential)
