Job Description:
Team Coordinator for Property House
Birmingham City Centre
An outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected, boutique commercial property House in the heart of Birmingham.
This is a business known for its quality from the projects they deliver to the way they operate internally. With beautifully designed offices, a collaborative and supportive team, and a genuinely people-focused culture, this is an environment where individuals are trusted, valued and given the space to thrive.
They are now seeking a polished and proactive Front of House & Office Coordinator to become the face of the business and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional reception position. You will be the heartbeat of the office creating a seamless, professional and welcoming experience for clients while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering a warm, professional and memorable front-of-house experience for all visitors
*Managing meeting rooms end-to-end — from preparation and catering to hosting and turnaround
*Ensuring the office environment reflects the high standards of the business at all times
*Handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
*Coordinating travel, couriers and logistics
*Supporting events, internal initiatives and awards submissions
*Assisting with compliance processes including fire safety testing and record management
*Proactively managing diaries and anticipating requirements ahead of meetings
You will have real ownership of this space, with the autonomy to manage your workload and take pride in delivering a best-in-class office experience.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business someone who naturally takes ownership, spots what needs doing before being asked, and thrives in a professional, high-quality environment.
You will bring:
*Previous experience within a front-of-house, reception or office coordination role
*A naturally warm, engaging and professional communication style
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay one step ahead
This is the kind of role where you are seen, trusted and relied upon not hidden behind a desk.
If you want to be part of a business that takes pride in both its people and its environment, this is a standout opportunity.
