NEAR NUNEATON
£40K - £45K
A leading regional law firm near Nuneaton has an urgent opening for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor. The firm welcomes applications from qualified Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives seeking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Salary from £40,000+, dependent on experience.
This opportunity sits within a growing, specialist property department known for providing high-quality legal services to a broad client base, ranging from local high-street clients to high-net-worth individuals.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience handling a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. Files will include freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity and new build matters.
