Job Description:
We are seeking three Workplace Support Coordinators to join Microlink’s Corporate Operations Team on a permanent full-time hybrid basis.

You will coordinate each case from start to finish, working with assessors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions, all while providing a supportive and professional experience. Quite simply, you are the face of Microlink.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Speaking with individuals to understand their needs and challenges at work
*Coordinating assessments and managing cases end-to-end
*Reviewing recommendations and ensuring quality and compliance
*Arranging and overseeing the delivery of workplace adjustments
*Supporting clients throughout their journey and following up on outcomes
