The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our busy team in Mansfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior experience in commercial property to further develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting fee earners with a range of commercial property matters, including:
*Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
*Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments)
*Property finance and refinancing transactions
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Managing files from instruction through to completion
*Conducting searches and reviewing title documents
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
*General administrative support to the team
About You
*Previous experience in a Commercial Property role is preferred
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
