They’re now looking to grow their Cardiff-based team with the addition of a talented Senior Town Planner.

Key Responsibilities:*Manage and deliver a variety of planning projects, including site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals

*Provide expert planning advice to a diverse client base including developers, landowners, local authorities, and investors

*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

*Support and mentor junior members of the team

*Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the regional planning offer

About You:*MRTPI qualified, with several years’ experience in a consultancy or local authority environment

*Confident working on complex planning applications and managing clients directly

*Strong knowledge of Welsh and UK planning policy

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
