Position: Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Working hours: Monday– Friday 08:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Salary: £26,800

What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for travel-related queries
*Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
*Resolving queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism
*Participating in regular team huddles
*Keeping up to date with promotions, initiatives, and company policies
*Supporting ad hoc projects as required


What You’ll Need
*Previous customer service experience
*Fluency in Russian and English
*Strong communication skills
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
*Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure
*Excellent problem-solving ability
*A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to achieve targets and continuously develop
