Pricing & Financial Analysis (Hybrid Once Trained)Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Location: Harrogate (Hybrid once trained)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Axon Moore is recruiting on behalf of a property development company in Harrogate. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.
Key Responsibilities*Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects
*Build and maintain financial models
*Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy
*Review past models and explain differences
*Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system
Skills & Experience*Strong Excel skills (essential) to advance level – macros, modelling, designing templates
*Good financial and analytical ability
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
*Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
