Our fantastic client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
*Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold matters
*Providing expert legal advice to clients
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
*Supporting junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
*Strong technical knowledge of property law
*Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
