Family Time Supervisor*Annual Salary: £16.62 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Family Time Supervisor to support children and families across the Wakefield district. This role is essential in delivering safe, positive, and well-structured family time sessions. It offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and families in need.
Day-to-day of the role:*Supervise and run family time sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment for children and families.
*Transport children and travel throughout the Wakefield district and occasionally outside the area, using your own vehicle.
*Identify and respond appropriately to potential risks and safeguarding concerns.
*Work in a sensitive, professional, and trauma-informed manner at all times.
*Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to support the well-being of children and families.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Essential experience supervising family time/contact sessions.
*Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices with the ability to identify and respond to potential risks.
*Understanding of family stress, family functioning, and the impact of complex dynamics on children and parents.
*Experience in outreach support or similar roles involving children, young people, or vulnerable families.
*Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with business car insurance.
