Job Title: Family Associate
Salary: Up to £59,000 + Bonuses

Position:
The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a range of private family law matters, managing both new and ongoing client instructions. You will undertake consultations with prospective and existing clients, draft documentation and correspondence, and record and audit case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
The role also involves negotiating on behalf of clients, managing day-to-day case administration, and allocating administrative tasks to support staff as required. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services in a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking firm offering a competitive salary of up to £59,000, with a performance-related bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary. The firm provides a flexible hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package including 28 days’ annual leave (rising to 32) plus bank holidays, enhanced pension scheme (up to 10% employer contribution), private healthcare, life insurance, wellbeing programme, and product and service discounts.
