EYFS Teaching Assistant - Level 3 - Rubery - Mon to Wed (3 Days per Week)
Aspire People are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join a friendly school in Rubery. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and wants to make a real impact in their early learning journey.
The Role:
Support teaching staff in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
Assist with planning, activities, and classroom management.
Promote children’s development across all areas: communication, physical, social, and emotional.
Provide care, support, and encouragement to young learners.
Work collaboratively with the teaching team to create a safe and stimulating environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Rubery
Days: Monday to Wednesday (3 days per week)
