Children’s Home Registered Manager – Bradford

Salary: £50,000 per annum
BRB Recruit are working with some amazing homes and companies across the region. We are currently supporting a Children’s Home in Bradford and are seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead the home solo and make a real impact on young people’s lives.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a home, drive its culture, and ensure outstanding care for the children living there.
Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage the home independently
*Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
*Deliver high-quality, personalised care for all children
*Oversee budgets, staffing, and operational responsibilities
*Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
*Maintain safeguarding, compliance, and continuous improvement
Requirements:*Registered Manager status (essential)
*Strong leadership experience in children’s residential care
*Proven knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
*Relevant Level 3 qualification or above in childcare/social care
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of the home
*Full UK driving licence (desirable)
