HR Generalist (Contract)Global Chemical Business | UK
A global chemical business is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to jump in and make an immediate impact. If you’re confident, data-savvy and strong on ER, this role puts you at the heart of UK people operations.
What You’ll Do*First-line support for ER: disciplinary, performance, absence & general HR queries
*Drive people processes: performance cycle, compensation, Workday actions
*Build reports & turn data into actionable insight
*Support policy rollout & coach managers on HR systems/processes
*Partner on UK-wide HR initiatives, training & change projects
*Act as first contact for recruitment activity
You will need*Solid HR generalist + strong UK ER experience
*HR systems knowledge (Workday a bonus)
*Data-driven mindset & confident with MS Office
*Strong stakeholder management
*CIPD or global experience desirable
*High-visibility HR role in a global, fast-paced environment
*Broad remit + genuine influence
*Hybrid, collaborative team + occasional site travel
