SEN Teaching Assistant (SEMH) - Full-Time - Eccles - Start ASAP
Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?
An established education recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a specialist school in Eccles, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
The Role:
*Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
*Immediate start available
*Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assisting the class teacher with behaviour management and tailored learning strategies
*Helping to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
*Encouraging positive social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour (preferred)
*A calm, patient and resilient approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
*A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
