We are partnering with a leading Top 10 professional services firm to recruit a Business Tax Director to join their growing Bristol team. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on client delivery, team development, and driving business growth.

Your role as a Business Tax Director:


*Lead and grow the Business Tax compliance and advisory offering.
*Act as a trusted adviser to mid-market clients on complex corporate tax matters.
*Develop and manage key client relationships.
*Drive new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth.
*Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
*Oversee quality, risk, and commercial performance.


What you’ll need to succeed:


*ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
*Extensive corporate tax experience within practice.
*Proven track record of winning work and managing senior client relationships.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
