Key Responsibilities:As the Assistant Manager, you will:
*Support the day-to-day running of the retail store, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer service
*Drive sales performance and retail KPIs through coaching and leadership
*Take full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
*Oversee stock management, cash handling, and store safety procedures
