This is a fast-paced role where your earning potential is limited only by your drive. You will be the face of our agency, turning enquiries into move-ins and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants across South West London.
Key Responsibilities*Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to inbound enquiries and proactively call our database to book viewings.
*Deal Making: Conduct high-quality property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure the best deals.
*Market Growth: Actively source new instructions and help grow our local market share.
*Vetting & Compliance: Ensure all applicants are fully qualified, referenced, and compliant with latest lettings legislation.
*Pipeline Management: Work closely with the administration team to ensure a seamless move-in process for every tenant.
