JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: Circa £55k plus (dependent on experience).

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and gain exposure to a broad and stimulating caseload of insolvency matters. The work spans both contentious and non contentious issues, depending on your experience. You will advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors, with a strong focus on business recovery and achieving the best possible outcomes for creditors.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with ideally 2+ years’ PQE, although candidates with strong experience in either contentious or non contentious insolvency are encouraged to apply. You should have experience handling a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency matters and be confident advising a range of stakeholders. A proactive approach, strong technical ability, and the desire to develop within a leading team will be key to your success.
